This weekend-only role supports residents with diverse backgrounds through individual and group sessions, aligned with holistic care planning and multidisciplinary collaboration.

You will assess needs, develop tailored therapy plans, document outcomes, and adapt programs to reflect residents' abilities and cultural backgrounds, while contributing to daily wellbeing
