Retail Manager, Assistant Manager and Sales Assistants

A brand-new retail destination is coming to Wagga Wagga, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused people to join our founding team.

About the Role

- Providing outstanding customer service.
- Merchandising and maintaining an inviting store presentation.
- Processing sales and assisting customers with product enquiries.
- Receiving and replenishing stock.
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
- Supporting day-to-day store operations.
- Contributing ideas to help grow the business.
- Assisting with the store’s social media and online presence, including creating engaging content and interacting with our online community.
- For leadership roles: coaching and motivating the team, rostering,



achieving sales targets and overseeing daily operations.

About You

- Have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people.
- Are reliable, motivated and take pride in their work.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Are confident using social media platforms or are eager to learn.
- Can work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Retail experience is highly regarded but not essential. If you have the right attitude, a willingness to learn and enjoy delivering great customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
