Twin Towns Services Club is seeking a passionate Chef to join our chef brigade in a casual capacity.

Work in Events and Breakfast Buffet.

Located on the NSW/QLD border in Tweed Heads, Twin Towns Services Club is a premier hospitality and entertainment destination offering multiple dining outlets, bars, a conference and events function centre and a vibrant 1000 seat showroom.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be able to work within a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen alongside a skilled and experienced brigade. This is a hands-on role where you will continue to develop your technical skills while contributing to the delivery of consistent, high-quality meals across our outlets and events. The role requires versatile working hours, including day, evening and weekends.

You will also possess the following:

Creativity and passion for the industry

Ability to follow & develop recipes

3 years' + experience in high-volume, multi-venue operations is advantageous

Enthusiastic attitude & effective communication skills

Relevant commercial cookery qualifications (Cert III in Commercial Cookery)

Strong knowledge of food safety & hygiene practices

*Must also be willing to obtain an RSA & RCG.
