Uniting is seeking caring individuals to support young people living in residential houses across Tasmania. You will be hands-on, create a safe, respectful workplace, and act as a positive role model while guiding them through challenges.
The role offers a diverse roster including night shifts, sleepovers, afternoons and weekends, with SCHADS level 3 base pay plus super and salary packaging. Training and supportive workplace culture are provided.
