ShineBright Early Years Management is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our brand-new Nichols Point Kindergarten, opening in January 2027. This is a dual-role position, combining classroom teaching responsibilities with the important leadership role of Educational Leader , providing guidance and support for curriculum, pedagogy, and continuous improvement.

Thisis an exciting prospect to help establish a new, purpose-built,state-of-the-art kindergarten designed to inspire children, educators andfamilies. As the foundation teacher, you will play a keyrole in creating a warm, welcoming and engaging learning environment from dayone.
