We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established business that's recognised as one of the leaders in the premium outdoor living space. Their products are used in some of Australia's best residential and commercial projects, and they're looking for someone who already understands this market and enjoys building long-term relationships.

This isn't a role where you'll be cold calling all day. It's about getting in front of customers, helping bring projects to life and becoming the person your clients think of first.

Territory - You'll take ownership of a well-established territory spanning Sydney, Wollongong and Canberra, managing existing relationships while identifying new opportunities with pool builders, landscape architects, designers and trade partners.

The Role

You’ll work with pool builders, landscape architects, designers, builders and specialist retailers across your territory, managing existing customers while identifying new opportunities.

Whether you’re meeting with a pool builder to discuss an upcoming project or presenting new products to a landscape architect, you’ll be working with customers who appreciate quality and value strong relationships.

About You





You’re probably already selling into this market.

You might come from pool mosaics, pool tiles, natural stone, paving or another premium product used in outdoor spaces.

You understand how projects come together, enjoy being out with customers and know how to develop business without sacrificing relationships.

If you’ve built a network across pool builders, landscape architects, designers or specialist retailers, you’ll be well placed to hit the ground running.

You’ll also bring:

- Experience managing a sales territory and growing revenue.
- Strong relationships within the pool, landscape or construction sectors.
- Confidence presenting premium products to both trade and specification customers.
- A proactive, hunter mentality balanced with excellent account management skills.
- A genuine passion for building long-term partnerships.
