Pandora is seeking Customer Experience Assistants for our eCommerce team. You will be the voice of Pandora across phone, live chat, email and social media, delivering product knowledge and styling advice while resolving enquiries and supporting online orders.

Based in North Sydney with weekend telework flexibility, you’ll join a quick-paced team during our peak trading period. The role is a casual 4‑month contract with availability across weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
