You will work with communities to develop and deliver participation plans, build relationships with local Aboriginal businesses, and support recruitment and development of Aboriginal job seekers.

The role requires flexibility to travel frequently, a strong knowledge of Aboriginal culture, and a commitment to protected, team-oriented, and inclusive project delivery.
