About You:

Previous experience working in events, hotels, corporate sector, private homes, hospitals or schools

Attention to detail and exemplary food presentation standards





Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team

Excellent communication and time management skills

A minimum Cert III (or equivalent) for Chef roles

The right to work within Australia

Police Check or willingness to obtain one

- A current Food Hygiene and Handling Certificate or willingness to obtain
- A valid Blue Card for employment is advantageous for work within school settings

Uniform:

Chefs : traditional long-sleeved white chef jacket (no logos) & pants, knives, apron, chef hat, safety shoes

Kitchen Hands & Catering Assistants :black tailored trousers, plain black t-shirt, skull cap and apron, black enclosed safety shoes
