Berkeley Group are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor or Managerto take on this critical position on our staff on a full-time basis, working within the fit-out andrefurbishmentindustry.

Duties & responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage tradespeople and subcontractors on worksites
- Coordination of all site logistics, material delivery, and resource allocation
- Implementation and continuous adherence to OH&S; policies and processes
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance to set plans and specifications
- Approval of subcontractor invoices
- Liaise with our Project Manager to ensure budgets and time constraints are met
- Long and Short term scheduling and programming

Experience & attributes:

- Solid working history in Construction as a Foreman or Site Manager
- Prior experience with a reputable mid-tier organisation is advantageous
- Commercial or Aged Care projects experience is highly regarded




- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Explicit and effective interpersonal and delegation skills
- Keen understanding of quality control measures
- Strong and motivated work ethic with honesty & integrity
- Trade background is advantageous
