Launch Recruitment is seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer to design, build and maintain critical mainframe applications using COBOL and CICS. You will analyse existing systems, troubleshoot issues and provide Level 3 production support to ensure reliability.

The role requires robust collaboration with stakeholders, adherence to coding standards, and participation in Agile delivery. Hybrid work with in-office presence is expected.
