Hunter Recent England Health is seeking a Midwifery Manager to lead the Maternity Services at Tamworth Hospital. This is a temporary full-time role until December 2027, offering strategic leadership to sustain high-quality, woman-centred maternity care across the region.

You will work with the midwifery, medical and multidisciplinary teams to oversee daily operations, workforce planning and clinical safety, while driving improvements and supporting staff development.
