Munro Footwear Group (MFG) is seeking an Area Manager to lead 13 stores across VIC and TAS. You will coach store managers, drive sales, profitability and KPI performance, and ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience across in-store and omnichannel journeys.
You will identify opportunities to improve performance, maintain safety and standards, and build leadership capability across the region while partnering with Retail Leadership on strategy and execution.
