VACCA invites applications for Nugel Case Manager roles in Dandenong to support Aboriginal children and families in the child protection system. You will work under the Nugel framework, transferring decision making to VACCA and applying cultural therapeutic approaches to improve safety and outcomes.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will collaborate with government and sector partners to strengthen family capacity and ensure culturally respectful, trauma-informed practice across assessments,
