Viva Leisure is replacing its HR and payroll system across 200+ locations. We seek a part-time project lead to plan, drive and land the change for 6–8 months. You’ll coordinate internal teams with the implementation partner, maintain the plan, and support a large, dispersed workforce to be ready for go-live.
You don’t need payroll configuration expertise; you’ll manage governance, comms and training design to ensure a smooth transition for ~2,500 staff. Flexible schedule negotiable.
