An exciting opportunity for an Analyst has become available. As an Analyst, you'll support Relationship Executives on a range of credit deals and build strong client relationships along the way, and will be focused on writing credit papers for a portfolio of diversified commercial clients. Whether you're local to the ACT, Batemans Bay, Bega or Merimbula area - or ready to make the move to the ACT – we'd love to hear from you if you bring Credit Analysis or Accounting experience.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct financial modelling and credit analysis using market-leading tools
- Write and submit credit papers while meeting banker/client needs and within CommBank's policies.
- Partner with Relationship Executives to understand customer needs
- Research industries and maintain customer insights
- Identify risks and opportunities, and recommend proactive solutions
- Build strong internal and external relationships
About The Team
You'll join a diverse team of ~10 Analysts and Account Managers who are passionate about sharing knowledge and supporting each other's growth.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience analysing financial statements and complex credit deals - this could be from Credit/Banking background or accounting, broking or re-structuring experience.
- A curious, analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
- A team-first attitude and eagerness to learn
- Passion for supporting regional businesses and communities
- A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
