- Work across two busy metropolitan hospitals with varied clinical experiences.

What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver comprehensive assessment and evidence-based treatment for communication and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using ISBAR principles to ensure safe,
coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and achieve departmental performance standards.
- Participate in clinical supervision, continuing professional development, research and quality improvement activities.
- Provide services across facilities, with flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and after-hours as required.
Essential Criteria
- Qualification: Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Registration: Eligible for practicing membership of Speech Pathology Australia
Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in the management of adults with acquired swallowing disorders, and experience in the administration of objective swallowing assessment procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in the management of adults with acquired communication impairments.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the principles of Evidence Based Practice,
commitment to professional development and experience in quality management or research.
- Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia
