CatholicCare Social Services Hunter-Manning is seeking a Beyond the Gates Caseworker to support vulnerable students at partner schools in Singleton, NSW, through August 2027. The role involves outreach, home visiting and coordination with school Wellbeing Teams to strengthen engagement and wellbeing.

Based at the nominated school, you will work flexible schedule, travel across areas when required, and contribute to positive outcomes for young people in a supportive community setting.
