St Vincent’s Health Australia is seeking a Grade 2 Occupational Therapist to join the Health Independence Programs (HIP) Community Rehabilitation team. You will deliver high-quality, person-centered, goal-oriented rehabilitation services in both home and center-based settings.
Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will help clients achieve their rehabilitation goals and maximise their independence through evidence-based assessment, intervention and care planning.
