As a Branch Allrounder, you are the backbone of the branch. Your contribution ensures customers receive prompt, accurate service while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Your ability to support multiple functions — sales, warehouse, and customer service — directly impacts customer satisfaction, team efficiency, and the overall success of the Pakenham branch.

What your Day to Day will include:

- Delivering consistent and high-quality service to our customers
- Assistcustomers with trade counter and phone sales enquiries and follow up with quotes,pricingand product enquiriesin a timely manner.
- Accurately enter cash sales , invoices, purchase orders, transfers and picking slips into the computer systemin a timely manner
- Arrange credits for incorrect pricing and returned goods at point of sale;identifyreason for credit and rectify problems toeliminatefuture credits




- Ensuring sufficient levels of stock are available andadvisepurchasing department of stock requirementsandassistwith periodic stock checks
- Picking and packing of orders including courier and transport documentation
- Checking picked orders and invoicing .

This is ahands‑on role that will also requirephysical manual handling for the purposes of preparing customer orders for dispatch as well as receipting and arranging storage of goodsin accordance withappropriate procedures.

About you – Skills and experience:

- At least have 6 monthsexperience in the warehouse, customerserviceor similar industry.
- High attention to detail and solid organisation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to lift heavy bulky items to handle stock as well as picking and packing.
- Productive and willing team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Experience in the Industrial Manufacturing,Hydraulicsor similar background(Desirable)
