Florsheim Shoes is seeking a Store Manager for the Kotara Westfield Shopping Centre store. This is a full-time role with a Tuesday to Saturday roster, focused on delivering sales targets, KPIs, and exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach a team, manage day-to-day operations, stock and rosters, and drive business growth in a premium footwear setting. The successful candidate will bring previous store manager experience and a passion for quality products, with a hands-on leadership
