Urgent! Disability Support Worker Needed in Sydney Location

Location: Multiple Locations within Sydney Area/Region (Full details below)

Key Tasks Maintain the client’s activity of daily living in the following areas:

- Personal hygiene, grooming, manicuring and oral hygiene.
- Continence management.
- Communicates with all clients effectively including the maintenance and the fitting of hearing aids and glasses as required.
- The client’s mobility, by assisting with walking, use of wheelchairs and other aids and transfers.
- Supports and assists client with meal preparation, food and fluids as required.
- Provide transport to and from medical appointments.
- Compulsory Reporting of elderly abuse.
- Provide transport to shopping and social outings.
- Ensure client’s privacy, dignity and respect are maintained at all times.
- Reporting in progress notes and providing relevant information to assist the RN to carry out holistic assessment and care planning.
- Complete incident reports that they are witness to, diet sheets, attendance records.




- Review resident care plans with sign off by a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated understanding of compulsory reporting requirements.

We are currently seeking Support Workers for the following participant locations:

Schedule:

Schedule Availability:

- Tuesday, 21st July 2026: 10:30am – 3:30pm (5 hours per shift)

Language Preference: English and Mandarin

- Monday, Wednesday & Friday (Support service): 9:00am – 11:00am (2 hrs shift) and 2:30pm – 4:30pm (2 hrs shift)
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday - 21st, 22nd and 24th July 2026 (Cleaning service): Versatile time (2 hrs per day)

Gender Preference: Female Support Worker

Start Date: 27th July 2026

- 100 points of ID (Primary and Secondary ID, e.g. Passport, Driver's Licence)
- Vehicle Registration & Car Insurance (Only if transport is required by the participant)
- Residing near the service location
- Must be an Australian Citizen or must have valid work rights in Australia
