- $2,523.86 per fortnight (excludes allowances) + superannuation

About the team

Transport Maintenance Services maintains and enhances City of Gold Coast infrastructure, including meter maintenance, roads, traffic lines and signs, stormwater drainage systems, bridges, beaches, footpaths and waterways.

About the role

Join the Transport Maintenance team as a Maintenance Worker (Waterways), performing specialised duties to maintain the City’s waterways.

Key responsibilities

- Maintain and construct timber structures (dune fencing, access steps, jetties, pontoons)
- Collect and dispose of debris
- Plant, prune and/or remove vegetation

What we’re looking for

- General Construction Induction White Card (mandatory)




- RMDL Recreational Marine Driver Licence (highly regarded)
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Sound physical health to perform the role
