SEEK Pass is seeking a Customer Support Manager based in Sydney to lead day-to-day operations and evolve our support capabilities as we scale. You will manage a mix of permanent and contingent staff, coach teams, and drive high-quality outcomes for customers and users.

You will shape strategy using operational insights, customer feedback, and emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to improve service quality, efficiency and scale while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.
