The Position A leading Telehealth consult provider is seeking expressions of interest through Skilled Medical from Specialist GPs and doctors (PGY4+) to join their growing virtual telehealth network.
This service offers flexible schedule, competitive rates and the ability to supplement your existing clinical work.
Conduct virtual consultations for patients across a wide range of general medical services No requirement to prescribe Schedule 8 medications Average consultation length is 5 to 10 minutes, with most doctors seeing 6 to 8 patients per hour Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week (6 hours per week for FRACGPs/FACRRMs) Shifts are available in 2-hour minimum blocks with rosters provided 4 weeks in advance Weekend availability is highly valued Essential Criteria FRACGP or PGY4+ doctor (especially with primary care, internal medicine or ED experience) Current AHPRA registration Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills Ability to work independently in a telehealth setting The Package Fellowed GPs: 65% of billings weekdays, 75% weekends GP Registrars and PGY4+ doctors:
