The Role: PHSA is seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor or Registered Psychologist to deliver wellbeing and vocational rehabilitation services to clientele across varying schemes including Life Insurance, NSW workers compensation; Comcare; Lifetime Care and CTP.
Core tasks of the role will include Vocational Assessments, Vocational and Rehabilitation Counselling, Workplace Facilitated Discussions, Case Conferencing with treating health specialists, Work Readiness Preparation and working in partnership with PHSA Employment Consultants to achieve work trial and job placement outcomes.
Requirements:



• Full or Provisional registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or full membership with ASORC • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Minimum 1 year experience in a clinical or workplace rehab setting (preferred) • Have a current driver's licence and motor vehicle Benefits: PHSA offers flexibility and autonomy in the role with the opportunity for career advancement in combination with a comprehensive induction, training and mentoring program.
