YOUR CURRENT ROLE As a valued+ KEY member of this winning friendly close-knit personal injury team , being mentored 1:1 by a top senior lawyer, you will love the satisfaction of assisting to obtain justice for plaintiff clients predominantly in respect of their workers compensation and work injury damages claims with future potential to diversify into other common law claims (eg CTP/motor vehicle accidents, public liability, TPD).
Specifically, you will be interacting with clients, solicitors/barristers/doctors/insurers, preparing letters/court documents, preparing briefs to barristers, diary management/making appointments, filing/administration.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: are an experienced legal secretary or paralegal/law clerk with minimum 12 months or MORE (up to very senior level) hands-on personal injury law experience (including preferably some workers compensation but not essential) assisting solicitors with day -to-day case management ; have proven ability to work in a busy fast-paced environment ; are ambitious+ proactive+ enjoy what you do; have outstanding communication, time management+ people skills; are hungry to advance your career long-term with a vibrant fast-growing successful plaintiff firm .
