About the Role As the AO5 Lease Manager, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of commercial office and non-office accommodation leases across leased and major leased assets.
You will provide sound leasing advice, negotiate lease outcomes, analyse property data and work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders to support effective property management.
Interpreting, negotiating and managing commercial lease agreements across a diverse property portfolio.
Providing practical, solutions-focused advice on leasing and accommodation matters.
Building and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders, landlords and service providers.
Researching and analysing lease and market data to support informed decision-making.
Utilising lease management systems and property information to calculate and categorise commercial space.
Supporting positive customer outcomes through effective communication, negotiation and conflict resolution.
About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Proven experience managing commercial office and non-office lease portfolios.
Strong knowledge of lease interpretation,



negotiation and ongoing lease management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build robust stakeholder relationships.
A cooperative and transparent approach, with the ability to provide practical, solutions-focused advice.
Experience using lease management and property information systems, with strong analytical and data research skills.
A customer-focused mindset with well-developed negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
