About the Role The Underground Shift Supervisor is responsible to safely deliver plan, performance and quality across our project.
This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of underground mining processes, with a commitment to safety.

Be able to monitor your crews' competencies and training requirements.
Leadership and supervisory experience in large teams.
WA Statutory Supervisor (S26) Certificate (Essential).
Valid manual C Class Australian Drivers Licence (Essential).
Shotfirers Licence, Dangerous Valuable Security Card and Senior First Aid Certificate (Essential).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams Detailed knowledge of underground mining and safety regulations.
