Based in Kensington, this hybrid opportunity offers 3 days per week in the office and the chance to work across a range of business transformation initiatives.
While initially a 12-month contract, there is robust potential for the role to extend or evolve as the organisation continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities: Support the delivery of multiple business and technology projects.
Gather, analyse and document business requirements while engaging with key stakeholders.
Coordinate project activities, including planning, tracking and follow-up.
Identify prospects to improve business processes and ways of working.
Build strong relationships across the business to support successful project delivery.
About You: 2–4 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Project Analyst or similar.




Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving workplace.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
Familiarity with property management platforms (desirable) Experience with reporting or dashboard tools such as Power BI (desired) What's on Offer: 12-month fixed-term contract with strong potential to extend.
