Our client is seeking an experienced temp Coordinator Land and Property Officer to join their team on a temporary basis, based at Cnr Sandgate St South Tce.
This is an excellent prospect for a commercially minded property skilled to lead the strategic management of a diverse land and property portfolio while identifying opportunities to maximise asset value and support long-term organisational goals.
What you'll be doing: Managing the strategic utilisation of land and property assets Identifying and delivering commercial opportunities across the property portfolio Negotiating and administering leases, licences, and tenancy arrangements Preparing business cases, feasibility studies, and recommendations Managing contracts, procurement, and tender processes Leading property and land-related projects Providing guidance and support to the Leasing and Lands Officer Working closely with internal and external stakeholders What you'll need: Tertiary qualification in Property, Real Estate, Business, Planning, Project Management,
