You will: Manage and mentor kitchen teams while maintaining a customer‐focused, safe, and welcoming environment Balance hands‐on Chef duties with planning, administration, and stakeholder engagement Drive team performance and uphold Sodexo's high food safety and quality standards Foster a robust safety culture, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures This is a role for someone who enjoys accountability, variety, and the chance to influence both people and food outcomes.
