You will have full carriage of your own files and have direct relationships with clients.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: have minimum 2 years (up to senior associate) personal injury law experience including statutory workers compensation (essential) with a reputable firm and are IRO accredited (preferable) or eligible to be; have strong knowledge of relevant NSW WC legislation and the 'life cycle' of a WC claim from start to finish; have had experience case managing WC cases from start to finish highly autonomously (essential)+ preferably 1 or more of:
1) common law work injury damages and
2) TPD ; have strong advocacy and drafting skills; thrive in a busy quick paced environment; are ambitious +hungry to advance your career with a leading firm long-term .
