We are looking for an accomplished facades engineering skilled who combines robust technical expertise with the commercial acumen to lead a growing team and win work in the Current Zealand market.
The ideal candidate will come from a specialist facades consultancy or multidisciplinary firm, with a proven track record across complex cladding systems including unitised curtain wall, structural glazing, and a sound understanding of NZ seismic requirements.
As Associate Director, they will mentor the NZ facades team, uphold technical standards, and serve as a key client contact bringing an established network across architects, developers, and contractors to grow Meinhardt's facades pipeline and leverage the broader ANZ platform.
