Our client, a leading Australian gold producer, developer, and explorer based in Western Australia, is currently seeking experienced Underground Mining Supervisors to join their operations on a FIFO roster from Perth ).
Requirements: ASAP Starts - be on site as early as next week short plane ride from Perth to site; Leading teams of production operators to production targets; Outstanding opportunity to be in a hands on role, take charge of your crew; Coordinate with mine planning/engineering to execute daily and weekly plans and optimise mining sequence; Conduct field leadership activities including inspections, pre-starts and safety interactions; Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and effectively, following site response procedures; Solid commitment to safety and achieving production targets.
Position Duties: Must have a excellent attitude and be able to lead by example and get your hands dirty; Pro active attitude - will need to lead and show initiative; Ability to show initiative and get the job done; Current Drivers Licence; Ability to pass a pre employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.
