Key Responsibilities Planning and developing menus in consultation with management.
Preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of high-quality dishes.
Supervising food preparation and ensuring consistency in food quality.
Monitoring food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
Ordering, receiving, and managing stock and kitchen supplies.
Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and occupational health and safety requirements.
Training and supervising kitchen staff where required.




Managing food costs and minimising wastage.
Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen setting.
Skills and Experience Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery (Certificate IV, Diploma, or equivalent) is preffered.
At least 1 year of relevant work experience as a Chef Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles.
