The successful application will work alongside a supportive team of other mechanics.
Job tasks and responsibilities: - Servicing, diagnosing and repairs on all makes and models -Dismantle and remove engine parts and assemblies -Reassemble engine components after repair -Test mechanical parts for competency and repair if necessary -inspect vehicles and test for roadworthiness - Customer service and cleaning duties as required Essential skills and experience: - Full Victorian drivers license - AQF Cert III including at least 2 years of experience or at least 3 years of relevant experience to substitute formal qualifications - Experience in servicing and repairs on all makes and models - Work effectively as a team and independently - Excellent time management skills - Reliable,



trustworthy and skilled - Desired: Roadworthy Certificate License Essential Minimum Requirements Able to diagnose and repair vehicle faults efficiently utilizing factory and generic diagnostic scanners Educational/Vocational Qualifications Trade Certificate Personal Abilities/Aptitudes/Skills
Specialist knowledge in either Audi, VW, Mercedes Benz, BMW
Proficient in speaking and writing the English language
Manages time well to meet deadlines
Can work autonomously and within a team
Conscientious
Physically fit
Well Presented
Basic computer literacy Experience 4 year apprenticeship plus 4 years as a tradesman Aptitudes Skills Timing belts Vehicle fault finding - Electrical Log book servicing to Original Equipment specifications Salary will be negotiated based on experience.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: $73, – $75, per year
