This role offers the opportunity to lead complex family law matters, work closely with a strong client base and contribute to the growth of a collaborative and high-performing team.

The Role Manage a broad range of family law matters, including complex parenting disputes, property settlements, financial agreements, spousal maintenance and Family Court proceedings.
Provide strategic legal advice, represent clients in negotiations, mediation and litigation, and oversee matters from commencement through to resolution.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives and supporting junior team members where appropriate.




About You You will ideally have significant post-admission experience in Family Law, with the ability to manage complex matters autonomously and deliver outstanding client service.
You will ideally demonstrate strong advocacy, negotiation, drafting and client relationship management skills, together with sound commercial judgment.
You will ideally be a collaborative and proactive practitioner with a commitment to qualified excellence, continuous learning and team success.
