EL1 Senior M365 Platform Software Engineer (Developer) Duration: 12 months with a possible x2 12-month extensions Location: ACT (Hybrid) Hourly Rate: $78 - $94 per hour Clearance: Must be able to obtain Negative Vetting 1 Our government client is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Developer with 5+ years' experience designing, developing, and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
Robust expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Teams application development, Microsoft Graph API integrations, PowerShell automation, and Microsoft 365 administration.
Experienced in developing SharePoint and Teams solutions, building automation and integrations, and administering the Microsoft 365 security and compliance stack, including Defender, Purview, Sentinel, Conditional Access, MFA, and identity governance.
Skilled in providing L2/L3 support, troubleshooting complex platform issues, and contributing to knowledge sharing and capability uplift initiatives.
Desirable: Microsoft certifications (MS-102,



MS-500, SC-200), Microsoft Syntex, Microsoft Viva, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
