Position: Onsite Recruitment Consultant We are seeking highly motivated Onsite Recruitment Consultants to foster strong relationships and deliver top-tier recruitment services to our National Client.

Key Responsibilities: Monday to Friday early AM and Mid-Shift available, with flexibility to cover both shifts when required and occasional weekends during peak periods.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and candidates.
Oversee rostering, performance management, and KPI tracking.
Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards.
Conduct daily and weekly toolbox talks to ensure alignment with safety and performance expectations.
Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.




Recruit and select candidates to meet client-specific needs.
Manage administrative tasks related to recruitment and client management.
Key Requirements: Experience in warehousing operations and logistics/supply chain sectors.
Strong customer focus and exceptional relationship-building skills.
Creative problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience in recruitment is preferred.
Solid understanding of WHS policies and procedures.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and highly skilled in multitasking.
