The Company A well-established manufacturing business in the Geelong region is seeking additional support within their planning and supply chain function.
The Role Reporting into the Site Manager, you will support day-to-day planning and coordination to keep production running smoothly and customer demand on track.
Key duties will include: Assisting with production scheduling Maintaining planning system data Support conversion of planned orders into production Coordination with Production and Warehouse on priorities, sequencing and inbound raw materials Liaising with Customer Service, Procurement, Quality and Operations to support order fulfilment Monitoring inventory health (blocked/ageing stock), and supporting cycle counts/variance follow-up Preparing planning, capacity and inventory reporting and helping improve processes/documentation Skills and Experience Experience in manufacturing/operations across planning, supply chain, inventory, logistics, production coordination or similar Confident juggling changing priorities and working with multiple stakeholders Solid Excel skills (pivots/lookups beneficial)
