Building Manager Sydney Permanent Chance An opportunity has become available for an experienced Building Manager to join a well-established building and facilities management provider overseeing a premium asset in Sydney CBD.
This role would suit someone with previous experience managing either commercial or residential buildings who enjoys a hands-on position with strong stakeholder interaction and day-to-day operational oversight.
The Opportunity Working onsite, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation and presentation of the building, managing contractors, coordinating maintenance works and ensuring a high standard of service delivery across the asset.
Key responsibilities include: • Overseeing daily building operations and maintenance coordination • Managing contractors and service providers onsite • Conducting site inspections and ensuring presentation standards are maintained • Responding to tenant and stakeholder requests in a professional manner • Monitoring compliance,
