Our client is seeking an experienced Final Trim Posi Track Operator to join their growing team on a long-term basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled operator who takes pride in producing high-quality work and is looking for stable, ongoing employment with the chance to transition into a permanent position.
This role involves working across residential construction sites, preparing and finishing house pads to final trim standards.
The successful candidate must be confident working independently, interpreting plans and communicating directly with site managers.
This is not an entry-level plant operator position.
Our client is looking for someone with proven final trim experience who can accurately complete residential house pads with minimal supervision.
What you'll be doing: Operating a Posi Track to final trim standard Preparing and finishing residential house pads to specification Reading and interpreting site and engineering plans Setting out residential house slabs using lasers and levels Completing site preparation work accurately and efficiently Working independently and managing your daily workload Assisting with other plant operation or site duties when required What you'll need:
