We are seeking a seasoned structural engineering leader with exceptional people leadership experience and deep technical expertise.
The ideal candidate will have held a Technical Director or senior leadership role in a Tier 1 multidisciplinary or specialist structural firm a recognised name in the NZ market that clients turn to for complex projects.
The successful candidate will provide technical oversight across all NZ structural projects, mentor and elevate the team, drive digital and AI practice development, and actively grow Meinhardt's market share through an established network across government and private sector clients.
