Head of Operations Sydney | $200k + super + bonus | 5 days in office An established and highly regulated organisation is looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead and develop a large operational function.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who has managed large teams , operated in a complex regulated environment, and can balance day-to-day operational excellence with longer-term transformation and improvement.
The Role Lead and develop a large, multi-disciplinary operations team Oversee critical operational processes and ensure high standards of service delivery Drive operational efficiency, process improvement and automation initiatives Strengthen controls, governance and risk management across the function Partner closely with senior stakeholders across the wider business Lead change initiatives and support the ongoing growth of the organisation Build a high-performing,



accountable and collaborative team culture About You You will be an experienced operations leader with a proven track record of managing large teams within a regulated environment .
You will ideally bring: Significant experience leading sizeable operational teams Robust understanding of governance, controls and operational risk Experience in a highly regulated or complex skilled environment A track record of process improvement and operational transformation Solid stakeholder management and communication skills The ability to operate strategically while remaining close to the detail A collaborative, adaptable and commercially minded approach This is a 5-day-per-week office-based role in Sydney.
