Senior Corporate Legal Assistant A growing national commercial law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Assistant to join their Melbourne team.
The firm advises businesses, private clients, and organisations across a range of practice areas, including corporate advisory, commercial transactions, property, disputes, and private client matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised legal support qualified with 5+ years' experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or Legal PA who enjoys working closely with Partners and Lawyers in a cooperative and high-performing environment.
About the Role The successful candidate will provide high-level support across a range of matters, including: Managing matter files and supporting day-to-day workflows Preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence Assisting with corporate transactions, commercial agreements, property matters, and general advisory work Coordinating meetings, deadlines,



and client communications Managing diaries and providing Partner support Liaising with clients and external stakeholders Assisting with billing and general administrative tasks About You The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years' experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or Legal PA Experience supporting Partners and senior lawyers within a Corporate, Commercial, Property, or Disputes team Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced legal environment A proactive, professional, and team-focused approach This is a great prospect to join a growing national firm, work alongside experienced practitioners, and gain exposure to a diverse range of high-quality commercial matters.
