Bedrock Workforce is currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers to join our workforce across major civil, infrastructure and industrial projects throughout Sydney.

We're looking for dependable workers who understand the pace and professionalism required on civil projects and want consistent opportunities with a workforce company focused on quality, safety and long-term relationships.

You'll be working across a variety of projects including road upgrades, subdivisions, drainage, utilities, earthworks and major infrastructure works.

What you’ll be doing

- Site preparation and set-out assistance
- Assisting pipe laying and drainage crews
- Trenching and backfilling
- Spotting plant and machinery
- General civil labouring duties
- Working alongside experienced civil crews

What we’re looking for

- Previous civil construction experience
- White Card
- Driver's licence and reliable transport




- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work safely within a team
