Who we're looking for

We welcome two kinds of driven professionals across both mortgage and asset finance broking:

Established brokers who want the office, lender access, marketing muscle and support of a team - without giving up autonomy, clients or trail.

Related-finance professionals ready to transition - dealership F&I; and business managers, equipment and motor finance specialists, and retail/business banking and sales professionals - with the product knowledge and hunger to step into broking with the right mentoring behind them.

Either way, you're a proactive hunter. You generate opportunities, build relationships and close deals. Our infrastructure, leads and support accelerate you - they don't carry you. You bring the drive; we bring the platform.

About the Cert IV - read this before you rule yourself out

A Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking is essential to perform this role - but you don't need to hold it to apply. We're glad to hear from you if you:

Already hold your Cert IV, or

Are currently completing it, or

Don't have it yet but are ready and willing to complete it with our support.

Many of our best brokers came from industries where a Cert IV was never required. If that's you, it's simply the next step - and we'll help you get there. Once you're onboard, we support you in getting fully operational, including your Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking, FBAA or MFAA membership and AFCA membership. You'll also need full Australian working rights and to pass standard credit and police checks.
