YOUR ROLE As a KEY member of this winning national Trade Marks TEAM , being mentored by an industry-leading partner with over 35 years' of IP/TM expertise, you will enjoy the diversity+ challenge+ satisfaction of advising BLUE-CHIP Australian/international clients in respect of a full spectrum of issues relating to trade marks including: Brand selection strategies, searches, contracts, registration, portfolio management, prosecution, opposition, non-use/revocation, licensing/assignment, infringement actions and dispute resolution.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: have a minimum of 3+years as a registered trademark attorney (and preferably also dually qualified as a lawyer but not essential); have solid knowledge of current trademark law+ practice ; have solid communication/people skills+ commercial acumen.
