Required Skills and Experience: • AQF Diploma of Hospitality or higher equivalent • At least 3 years recent relevant work experience Duties includes: • Managing the restaurant's kitchen and stock control, • Introducing specials and preparing for functions, • Designing menu and preparing meals.
